Regret no Golf Tours or Bachelor Parties.
Damages and breakages to / of any items will be for the guests account.
(Damages include burnt pots, dish cloths, oven gloves, kitchen utensils, mats, blankets).
Additional cleaning charges may be billed for heavily soiled linens, towels and furnishings.
NO check in will be permitted if the full amount has not been paid upfront.
Acceptance of quote is a formal acceptance of our terms, conditions and policies.
It is the guests responsibility to check that the booking is for the correct dates.
Guests arriving a day early cannot always be accommodated;
no compensation will be given should a guest arrive on the wrong day.
Rights of admission are reserved.
Rates are per person per night, not per cottage per night,
additional guests & dogs will be charged for.
Guests dogs remain their own responsibility.
No check in is permitted without payment in full.
A 25% non- refundable deposit secures your booking,
balance payable on request 12 days prior to check in.
If you are booking far in advance kindly assist us by ONLY paying the deposit
and only paying the balance when requested.
We do not accept the monthly "paying off" of bookings and additional admin fee's
will be levied for each additional payment in this instance.
