We are delighted to welcome your dog
as part of the family.
However, we are a
dog-friendly guest farm,
not a dedicated dog holiday destination.
We are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or date changes if your dog is unable to travel
Furniture Restrictions
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
If your pet tends to jump or sleep on furniture, please bring your own bedding and covers.
Indemnity
Highland Giants Estate is not responsible for guest dogs.
Ensure your dog is with you at all times .
Bringing dogs is at your own risk. HGE is not liable for parasites, illnesses, or injuries your dogs may
acquire on the farm.
Bedding
Bring your dogs own beds or blankets.

All breeds, from miniature to extra large, are welcome
No Huskies permitted without prior arrangement
as our facilities may not be sufficient for this amazing escape artist.
Cleanliness
Keep pets off the furniture for the comfort of future guests.
If you find evidence of pets on furniture from previous guests, inform us during your stay so we can address it.
Additional cleaning charges apply for mud, excessive hair on linen, urine, faeces, or other unnecessary messes.
Guests will be charged for any items damaged or stained by pets.
Food & Water
Bring your dog food, as well as your dogs own food and water bowls.
Bring some towels for muddy dogs
Your dog may get wet and muddy while enjoying the farm, its a good idea to bring along an old towel or two for after swim rub downs.
Rate
R65 per dog per night
Leash Requirements & Consideration
Bring a leash for your dog & always carry it when walking on the farm.
You may walk off-leash, but keep the leash handy for encounters with resident animals or other guests.
Avoid walking near other occupied cottages with off-leash dogs.
There is ample space on the farm to avoid disturbing other guests.
The farm has cattle, sheep, goats, horses, zebras, and blesbok, amoung other natural wild and bird life.
The resident animals are very accustomed to canine guests.
Guests are liable for any damage or harm caused to livestock by their pets.
Inform us if your dog is likely to chase animals.
Poop Disposal
There is a poop scoop at each cottage.
