• Your booking is secured by a  25% non-refundable deposit.
   

• The balance is payable 10 days prior to check-in.
   

• For bookings made less than 10 days prior to check-in, the full amount is due immediately.
   

• No check-in is permitted without payment in full.
   

• If you are booking far in advance, kindly assist us by ONLY paying the deposit and paying the balance when requested.
   

• Minimum rates exclude Dogs, Fishing, Maid Service and wood.
   

• Acceptance of the quote & confirmation booking stands as an acceptance of and agreement to all policies.
   

• We do not accept the monthly "paying off" of bookings. Additional admin fees will be levied for each additional payment in this instance.
   

• No refunds are provided. Should any refunds be due, a credit voucher valid for a minimum of 6 months will be issued.
