Your booking is secured by a 25% non-refundable deposit.

The balance is payable 10 days prior to check-in.

For bookings made less than 10 days prior to check-in, the full amount is due immediately.

No check-in is permitted without payment in full.

If you are booking far in advance, kindly assist us by ONLY paying the deposit and paying the balance when requested.

Acceptance of the quote & confirmation booking stands as an acceptance of and agreement to all policies.

We do not accept the monthly "paying off" of bookings. Additional admin fees will be levied for each additional payment in this instance.

No refunds are provided. Should any refunds be due, a credit voucher valid for a minimum of 6 months will be issued.

Office hours are erratic & irregular as I am also busy with Family, Farm, errands and Laundry.

dirt road.
This road is not recommended
